Replacement water inlet valve for Whirlpool, Maytag, Kenmore, and Crosley top-load washers. Controls the flow of hot and cold water into the washer during wash and rinse cycles. If your washer shows error codes LF, F8, E1, FL, or LO, won't fill with water, has poor water flow, or leaks hot water, this valve is likely the cause.

KEY FEATURES

INSTALLATION

Disconnect power and turn off water supply before starting. Remove back panel and pry open washer top. Remove mounting screws, disconnect wire harness and water hoses. Install new valve and reassemble in reverse order. Tools needed: 1/4" nut driver, flathead screwdriver, channel locks, gloves. Typical install time: 15–30 minutes.
