Appliance Parts
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible parts within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements
✓ Item must be unused and in its original condition
✓ Original packaging and any included accessories must be included
✓ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
✓ Return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
✗ Parts that have been installed or show signs of use
✗ Electrical parts that have been connected to power
✗ Special-order or custom parts
✗ Items returned after the 30-day window
Refund & Exchange Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped part.
Defective or Incorrect Parts
If you received a defective or incorrect part, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. This policy applies to retail purchases only. For warranty claims, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation.
